Around an ornated square, ‘lā / ilāha / illā / Allāh’, within the square, ‘waḥdahū’ (‘There is no deity but Allah, the One’ in Arabic). Rev. Within a circle, ‘Muḥammad / rasūl / Allāh’ (‘Muhammad is the messenger of Allah’ in Arabic); in the margin, ‘bism Allāh al-amīr Hishām ibn ʿAmr bi al-Mawṣil’ (‘In the name of Allah. Amir Hisham ibn ʿAmr in al-Mawsil’ in Arabic). Album 193. Some earthen deposits, otherwise, very fine.
